We regret to inform our customers that on November 2, 2012 there was some form of 'database collapse' which caused an almost total loss of our product images. We are presently working at addressing this by replacing the lost product images. Please bear with us as this is a 'tedious and painstaking process' as we have over 3,500 product images to replace.
Also, please understand PayPal is our credit card processor and if you don't have a PayPal account, please use the PayPal Pro: Direct Pay option to pay dirrectly via your credit card.
Again we we express our gratitude to our Maker first in that we have never had a compromise of our customer's information, especially their financial information.
To this end we aquired standard 'SSL Encryption' and thereafter 'EVSL 2048 bit encryption'- once it became available on the market- for the security of our customers.
Now we have added a new level of security in that our payment avenue is fully PA-DSS compliant.
For the time being we have left the initial credit card option available to our customers which facilitates the manual processing of your credit card information; however, we recommend the use of PayPal Pro Drect Payment which will take you to a more secure PA-DSS compliant area of the website. Once you 'bulseye' this option and then click 'submit' for your order you will automatically be taken to PA-DSS compliant section of the website where you can then input the same credit card information you would have put in the initial credit card area of the website.
You are not required to have a PayPal account to use PayPal Pro Direct Payment as PayPal is our credit card processor. We have found PayPal to be a very secure transaction venue and thus have opted to use it to address the majority of our transaction needs.
