Acccepted Payment Methods

Payment Methods Accepted By RSSCCTV.COM:

1.) Domestic / payments within the United States:

a.) We not only accept, but highly recommend the use of Google Checkout and PayPal as we have found this to be the 'most user friendly' method, that even allows for 'adjustments' in the customer's favor for such things as a 'partial refund' in the case our shipping department does not ship '2nd day air' when that is what was paid for, etc. Also, these two methods relieve us of the responsibility for your credit card information as our server never sees that part of the transaction.

b.) We have also found 'Chase Quick Pay' to be a very good option, no matter what bank you use in the United States, we can invoice you via Chase Quick Pay and once you have followed the directions in the invoice, your bank will transfer the exact amount invoiced to our Chase Bank Account.

c.) We accept Western Union payments as well.

d.) We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover credit card payments as long as the card has been issued in the United States and has a verifiable billing address and phone number in the United States.

There are instances, at our discretion, where we may require the filling out of a credit card authorization form to safeguard our customer's as well as our rights with regards to the transaction.

e.) We accept domestic 'bank to bank' wire transfers to our Chase bank account, the details of which can be provided upon request. We must warn you, however, that any fees related to this transaction must be paid by the purchaser.

f.) We accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and personal checks, however the order will not process until the funds have cleared into our account.

g.) Other payment methods may be discussed with the management if they are not listed above.

2.) International Payments:

a.) We accept Google Checkout, PayPal and Western Union payments from international sources as well. We not only accept, but highly recommend the use of PayPal first and then Google Checkout as we have found this to be the 'most user / customer friendly' method, that even allows for 'adjustments' in the customer's favor for such things as a 'partial refund' in the case our shipping department does not ship '2nd day air' when that is what the customer paid for, etc. Also, these two methods relieve us of the responsibility for your credit card information as our server never sees that part of the transaction.

If you do not have a PayPal account, we can invoice you by way of PayPal and there is an option in that invoice that allows you to pay by credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account.  When ordering, you can choose 'company' or 'personal' check and put in the 'customer notes' to invoice you by PayPal and we will gladly do so.

It may also be noted that a 'Chase to Chase' Bank wire transfer is often the 'least expensive' wire transfer, as usually there is no 'intermediary bank fee charged, although Chase still charges the 'wire receiving fee' mentioned below.

b.) We accept and highly recommend 'international bank drafts' as the 'least expensive' method of international payment. This can be sent to our P.O. Box by way of your country's postal service with a signature required and tracking number, so as to insure delivery.

Use of 'non governmental carriers' such as FedEX, UPS and DHL deliveries are not accepted by the United States Postal Service and as such, should you choose to use any such service, we ask you to instruct the carrier to hold the package at their closest location to our physical address for one of our representatives to 'pickup and sign for' upon the carrier's phone contact to our offices. This is because we have had instances where delivery was not acheived 'in a timely manner' to our physical address and we have found this to be more efficient.

Of course, the order is processed once the check / draft clears. and the funds are in the account.

c.) We accept international 'bank to bank' wire transfers to our Chase bank account, the details of which can be provided upon request.  We must warn you, the customer- however- that there is an 'intermediary bank fee' of up to $75.00 charged by the bank in the U.S. receiving your funds from your bank as well as a Chase 'wire receiving fee', presently at $50.00 that you must pay with any other charges related to the purchase.
