Samsung is a group of companies, some of which produce products that address similar needs. In the case of CCTV products Samsung Techwiin is one of the Samsung companies that produces CCTV related products. We regretfully inform our customers that the Samsung company ‘Samsung Techwin’ which is the manufacturing license provider for Samsung 360 has removed that privilege from Samsung 360 and opted for amarketing strategy that does not allow for companies like this one to sell their products directly to the end user / public. Samsung Techwin’s current U.S. marketing strategy permits them to only deal with sales to ‘system integrators / installers’. Thus no longer allowing ‘direct sales to consumers / end users’ based on their current marketing model. Unless this policy changes, we regret we will not be able to sell this product and request you to look at other products that may prove equal or better on our website. As we find such products on a per specification basis, we will gladly direct you to them.
