Product Description

7" Outdoor Vandal-Resistant dome PTZ Camera System with 36x Day/Night camera, wall mount, rugged cast aluminum top and polycarbonate clear dome, w/24 vac input, heater/blower.

The S-View is Videolarm's own unitized pan/tilt/zoom camera system housed in our in our vandal-resistant rugged dome. These camera systems have astonishing capabilities. The S-View features an auto focus, hi-res, true day/night camera which has a .02 lux minimum illumination when the IR filter is removed. The camera offers 360x zoom (36x optical and 10x digital) with 360° continuous rotation at 180° or 360°/sec. This unit is capable of 24 presets and auto tour, up to two minutes of recordable pattern, and a host of other features. The S-View is perfect for perimeter security, parking lots, airports. . . anyplace day/night capabilities are essential. (Check out our IP SView Series - with the addition of an IP board, this camera system becomes IP compatible. Unlike any other IP camera, Videolarm's is designed for the outdoors with metal gearing and a durable pan/tilt.)

A/E Specification

Camera
The camera shall be a true day/night camera with a 1/4" interline transfer CCD and a resolution of 470 horizontal TV lines. The minimum illumination shall be 3 lux @ 1/60s, .2 lux @ 1/4s for color and 0.02 lux (1/4s, IR cut filter removed) for black and white. The camera shall be sensitive to infra-red light. The lens shall be 23x optical and 10x digital. Angle of view shall be 54° at the high end and 2.5° at the tele end. Electronic shutter, white balance, backlight compensation, focusing system, and low light IR mode shall all be switchable from auto to manual. Backlight compensation shall be on/off switchable. Camera is IP compatible.

Pan/Tilt
The pan/tilt/zoom shall constructed of aluminum and shall contain belt driven stepper motors and precision ball bearings with permanently lubricated bushings. The pan/tilt/zoom shall be capable of 360° continuous rotation at 0.1° to 80°/second, and shall be capable of 180° flip over. Tilt shall be 0° to 90° at 0.5° to 80°/second. Software programmable pan and tilt limits shall be included. Sixty-four presets shall be available, with preset speeds of 120°/second for both pan and tilt with an accuracy of +/- .05°. Auto tour shall also be included, and the unit shall be capable of recording up to two minutes of a set pattern for playback as a preset. Sixteen user selectable privacy zones shall be available. The unit shall include one alarm input and auxiliary output. User selectable items shall be available via an on-screen menu.

RH7
The RH7 vandal resistant housing shall be an outdoor housing available in either wall or pendant mounted versions. The IRH7 housing shall be an indoor housing available in either wall or pendant mounted versions. The RH7 shall be designed to accommodate analog and digital camera systems, whether unitized or fixed with a maximum camera length of 6.5". Adapter brackets allow certain models to accommodate several different camera systems. Units will be available with 24 VAC inputs. The housing top shall be manufactured from durable cast aluminum. The dome shall be made of optically clear, injection molded polycarbonate material, and shall be held in place with (3) fasteners, and a sealing O-ring shall be included. A safety cable shall be provided to hold the dome while servicing. Access to the enclosure shall be from below.
