Nuvico,
the manufacturer, has recently instituted a policy in the United States that
disallows the sale of its products direct to the public through online
vendors such as this website. So much so that they will not honor
there product warranty if it is purchased by way of any of the vendors
listed on their website as 'unauthorized resellers'.
We have attempted to
gain 'authorized reseller status' but have not been advised by Nuvico on how to
obtain this and our applicatioin has gone without response. We
regretfully inform our customers that to the best of our knowledge Nuvico
has opted for amarketing strategy that does not allow
for companies like this 'web based retailer' to sell Nuvico products directly to the end
user / public. From what we understand,
Nuvico's current U.S. marketing strategy permits them to only deal with
‘system integrators / installers’.
Thus no longer allowing ‘direct sales to consumers / end users’ based on
their current marketing model.
Unless this policy changes, we regret we will not be able to sell
Nuvico products and request you to look at other products that may prove
equal or better on our website. As we find such products on a per
specification basis, we will gladly direct you to them.
All Nuvico products left on this
website are left as a customer service in our 'Discontinued or No Longer
Available' product sections for those looking to replace their no
longer functioning Nuvico product; which we may have sold them in the
past. These items are not actually for sale and the item
should say it is 'out of stock' but our web application requires a
price! We thank you for your patience and understanding.
